The conditions below apply to all contracts for the purchase and delivery of goods from casparasports.com.
The conditions can be revised without notification and the date above will show the last revision. Please always read through the conditions before ordering. When you accept a transaction with us, you are also accepting our conditions of purchase. The transaction is complete once you have received your confirmation of order, and it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all information provided, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address etc. are correct.
The agreement
These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions'') apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via www.casparasports.com. The agreement is concluded between you and Caspara Items As, company reg. no. 930 903 418. Detailed contact information and other information about Caspara Sports are set forth on the Website.
Prices and taxes
The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. Depending on the size of the order and desired delivery method, a shipping fee may be added at check-out.
Payment
When paying by card, the money will be reserved in your account when placing the order, and deducted when the order is dispatched from our warehouse. We offer Vipps, Klarna and credit and debit payments like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit etc. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system. Payments made on our website are just as secure as payment in a shop. The site is secured by SSL and all card details are encrypted. That means that no one can read your credit card number, name or address when the data is sent via the Internet. Caspara Items AS reserves the right to check card validity, address details of the purchaser and that there are funds available to cover the purchase price.

We offer FREE SHIPPING over 1499KR / 129 EUR / 149 USD /109 GBP.
For orders under 1499 kr, shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping option you select:
International: 7.95€ / 8 $ / 6 £
Norway: 19-79kr
International orders: You can expect a 1-3 days delivery worldwide with DHL Express.
We cover all import duties & taxes for UK, EU, NO & US orders.
Norwegian orders: You can expect a delivery time of 1-3 days with couriers like Postnord, Instabox, Helthjem and Porterbuddy.
Delivery time: Our commitment is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For in-stock items, expect a delivery time of 1-3 working days.
We collaborate with several trusted couriers, including: DHL, Postnord, Helthjem, Instabox and Porterbuddy, to provide you with a range of delivery choices.
Order cancellation: Our automated logistics system quickly processes orders for efficiency. Hence, cancellation of orders for in-stock items is not possible once placed. For preorders, please contact us if you need to cancel.
Exchanges and returns
If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date. Should you wish to exchange an item, perhaps for a different size or color, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. It's important that items for return or exchange are handed over to the courier within these specified periods, as these are the terms we operate by.

Please note, the product must be returned in the condition it was received: unused and with the tag intact. Note that using our return shipping partner involves a shipping/handling fee (except for size exchanges), which we'll deduct from your refund.
Size Exchange Policy:
- Exchanging is completely free.
Store credit (15% extra):
- We offer free return shipping if you choose to receive your refund as store credit.
- As an extra benefit we'll add 15% on top of the refunded amount you can use for your next purchase
Return Costs for Other Reasons:
- Returning 1-3 products: 99 kr
- Returning 4-5 products: 149 kr
- Returning 6-8 products: 199kr
- Returning 8 or more products: 299kr
Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, with tags intact, and free from signs of wear such as perfume or deodorant.
Once your return is approved and we receive the returned goods, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

We do not allow returns for the following:
- Final sale items can not be exchanged/returned
- Products received in a condition other than their original condition
- Products without their tags attached
- Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan
- Products that are marked or damaged in any way
Returns From Outside Of Norway:
Currently we don't offer free returns for customers outside of Norway, customers must therefore return items themself.

Important information:
- We only accept direct deliveries. Packages sent to a pickup point will not be collected.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is correctly shipped to us.
- The customer covers all return shipping costs.
Refunds:
We'll notify you upon receiving your return, and following inspection, inform you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware of potential processing delays by your bank. Estimated time of processing a return is up to 14 days from delivery.
Complaints/Defects/Warranty
At Caspara Sports, we prioritize the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@casparasports.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
All complaints must be reported as soon as the defect is noticed – ideally upon opening the package – to ensure a legitimate claim. Our complaint policy includes the following options:
- Replacement: You may return the item to us, and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
- Gift Card: Alternatively, you can choose to receive a gift card equivalent to the value of your claim.
Please note that we only process legitimate claims to ensure fairness for all our customers. Claims are not valid once the item has been received, inspected, and returned to you as not fit for sale – such cases become a matter of dispute, as they are based on our warehouse’s quality assessment.
Our warehouse evaluates all returned items against a consistent quality standard for all customers. If a returned item is not approved, it will be sent back to you, and no warranty will apply.
For any potential complaint, always contact hello@casparasports.com with detailed information, photos, and your order number. We only handle serious inquiries to maintain fairness and quality.

Uncollected packages
All our orders are sent directly from our warehouse. It is not possible to change/cancel an order once it has been placed. A charge of EUR20/NOK200/SEK200 will be added for uncollected packages to cover the cost of returning it and handling costs.
Force Majeure
Caspara Sports is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Caspar Sports control, e.g. general labor dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, Caspara Sports shall inform the Customer accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Customer and Caspara Sports are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
Changes to the general conditions
Caspara Sports reserves the right to change these General Conditions at all times. Any changes to these General Conditions will be posted on the Website.
Disputes
The Parties shall seek to resolve any disputes between them. If this is not possible, the matter can be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council in the area in which you live. All disputes shall be resolved according to Norwegian law.
