Yes! Christmas gifts purchased from November 10th, 2026 can be returned or exchanged until January 10th, 2027. If our standard 30-day return period gives you more time, that deadline still applies.
You can choose a refund, an exchange or store credit. Our extended Christmas return period applies to both returns and exchanges.
Ask the person who gave you the gift for the order number and the email address used for the purchase. Use these details to register your return or exchange in our return portal.
You can choose your own Helthjem drop-off location and use the QR code provided in the portal to send the parcel back.
You’re welcome to try the gift on, but please keep all original tags attached. The item must not be worn beyond trying it on and must be returned without stains, marks or other signs of use. Christmas gift returns are assessed in the same way as regular returns.
Your return must be registered and handed to the carrier by January 10th, 2027. If your standard 30-day return period ends later, the later deadline applies.
