FAQ's
We will send you an email directly after the order has been shipped from our warehouse. All orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped the same day and all orders after will ship the next day. 🚚
You will find a tracking number in your email when the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Follow the tracking link to see where it is.
We will always work to deliver your package as fast as possible, so our robot system will immediately start working to fulfill your order after it's been placed. In this case, it is not possible to cancel the order after it's been placed.

Size Exchange Policy:
- Exchanging sizes is completely free.
Return Costs for Other Reasons:
- Returning 1-4 products: 79 kr
- Returning 5-8 products: 129 kr
- Returning 9-11 products: 199 kr

Important terms:
- If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date. Should you wish to exchange an item, perhaps for a different size or color, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. It's important that items for return or exchange are handed over to the courier within these specified periods, as these are the terms we operate by.
- We do not offer returns on final sale items.

You can easily change the size of your product if we have it in stock. Simply use our exchange/return portal:

Credit card: We accept both credit cards and debit cards, and the purchase price will be deducted from the card the same day as the order was placed.
Vipps: By choosing Vipps, your purchase price will be reserved in the Vipps app.
Klarna pay later in 30 days: If you choose to pay by invoice, an invoice will be sent to your email after the purchase have been shipped from our warehouse. The invoice is due within 30 days.
You can apply the discount codes in the shopping cart before you get to the checkout. You will find a discount code field saying "Gift card or discount code" on the right side, under the products in your checkout.
To find out when a specific product, size and colour is back in stock please go to the specific product page, select the variant you would like to order and then select "notify me when back in stock".

Generally our products run true to size although you may wish to size up or down depending on your desired fit.

All of our products are crafted sustainably in Istanbul, Turkey and we only partner with manufacturers that uphold the highest ethical standards. That means fair wages for the workers, a maximum 8-hour shift, no forced labor or child labor, always working towards minimal water consumption, 100% natural dying processes, and using recycled materials in most of our clothing.
At CASPARA we have a massive focus towards sustainability.
Our commitment to using 80-90% recycled materials in our products, and striving for 100% recycled materials by 2026, represents a significant stride toward promoting the reuse of existing resources.
By producing all of our products in Europe, we are committed to minimizing our carbon footprint and reducing CO2 emissions.
All of our packaging are either made of recycled materials or biodegradable materials, ensuring that we reduce the amount of toxic waste that ends up in landfill or pollutes our planet.
Our next steps in becoming an even more sustainable brand are:

- Find a recycling partner for our pre-loved items
- Sample sales - so none of our samples and prototypes go to landfill or waste
