Do you need to return or exchange a Christmas gift?
Christmas gifts purchased after November 10th, 2025 can be exchanged or returned until January 10th, 2026. 

Exchanging products

If you wish to exchange your Christmas gift, please initiate your return via our return portal: https://returns.yayloh.com/retailer/casparasports

You'll be guided through the process step by step, and at the end, you’ll receive a QR code that can be scanned and used for drop-off either at Helthjem or Postnord pick-up point. As soon as you hand in your return parcel, your exchange parcel will be released and prepared for processing.

Exchange for Store Credit (15% extra)

Would you like to exchange for store credit?  We offer free return shipping if you choose to receive your refund as store credit. As an extra benefit we'll add 15% on top of the refunded amount you can use for your next purchase. Please use this link to process a exchange for store credit:

Please note: There may be longer delivery times leading up to Christmas, so we recommend purchasing your gifts well in advance to ensure you receive your order in time.

Processing time

Once your return is received, we have a processing time of 10-14 business days. Once processed, the refund will be issued to the card originally used for the purchase.
